Developing strategies to spur renewable energy and energy efficiency in California.

The Luskin Center's Sustainable Energy initiative has heped advanced the Governor's goal for local renewable energy, developed a solar incentive program for Los Angeles, proposed strategies for empowering LA's solar workforce, and recommended components for a state Clean Energy Job Creation Fund that would unleash the potential for more renewable energy and energy efficiency projects throughout California.
