Adam Barsch’s current work focuses on the potential economic and social effects of utilizing recycled water. Often, this research takes place at the intersection of energy use and water use. Additionally, Adam works on projects to advance OneMarket principles to develop more sustainable and equitable water management and water policy. Adam brings a policy focus to his work, having worked previously for the Office for Policy and Efficiency at the University of Colorado and as a Program Specialist at Arapahoe County Human Services.

Prior to working for the Luskin Center, Adam earned his Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree from UCLA’s Luskin School of Public Affairs. He also holds a B.A. in Political Science, International Affairs and German Language from the University of Colorado-Boulder. While there, he completed a thesis on attitudes driving renewable energy adoption in the European Union.
