This year’s summit will focus on the urgent need to recommit to international climate goals ahead of the United Nation’s Climate Change Conference COP26 in Glasgow later this year, and how the State of California and municipalities pursue aggressive climate targets to benefit the well-being and resiliency of communities in lieu of federal support.
