Regulatory Moneyball: Lessons from the Obama Administration

 One of America’s leading public intellectuals and anadvisor to President Obama, Cass R. Sunstein recently served as Administrator
of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, within the
Office of Management and Budget.  In this
position, he influenced the design and development of federal regulations.
Professor Sunstein will present his approach to regulatory policymaking and
share his experience in the White House. 
As the Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, he has
authored over 36 books, including “Nudge,” (with Richard H. Thaler),
“Worst-Case Scenarios,” and “Republic.com 2.0.”  His research and teaching interests include
administrative law, environmental law, welfare law, jurisprudence, and
