Constance Vance

Operations Director

Constance Vance is the operations director for the UCLA Luskin Center for Innovation. She leads the Center’s administrative processes that include providing support for proposal preparation, managing human resource needs, and coordinating and tracking expenditures to facilitate the Center’s operation.

She holds a M.S. degree in Information Systems from California State University, Los Angeles, and a B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Northridge.
