  • Form Title
    Enter a form title that is displayed above the form
  • Add/Edit Contact Form Elements
    Here you can add, remove and edit the form Elements of your contact form.

    You can define a custom E-Mail Subject for your form here.
  • Autoresponder From E-Mail Address
    Enter the from E-Mail address for the autoresponder.
  • Autoresponder Reply To E-Mail Address
    Enter one or more reply to E-Mail addresses (separated by comma) for the autoresponder mail.
  • Autoresponder Subject
    Enter a custom subject text to the autoresponder E-Mail.
  • Autorespond Text
    Enter a message that will be sent to the users email address once he has submitted the form.
